If you are used to writing down hexagrams from Yijing / I Ching readings, you can enter the lines here directly, to get the hexagram text. Alternatively, you can enter the hexagram numbers.

Click a line once to produce a yang line, twice to produce a yin line. Click it again to change it.
Use the checkbox to set a line to be changing, or click the corresponding changed hexagram line.

Note that it is not recommended to randomly enter lines for consulting the oracle (without using coins or stalks or something). Use the online oracle instead.


"Yijing" is the modern (Pinyin) spelling for "I Ching".
